Shipping
The service we use is Canada Post: www.canadapost.ca
We will ship all orders out within 5-7 business days.
For deliveries in Canada and the US you should receive your order within 7-14 business days once we have shipped. It normally does not take that long, but we do have to rely on the postal service.
For international shipping, we do ship air and it is normally up to 2 weeks, but can sometimes be longer. Shipping to Russia can sometimes take 1 month to arrive.
** Tracking and non-tracking services are now available **
1. Small Packet Air has NO TRACKING
2. Expedited and EMS Xpresspost do have TRACKING
If you pick a service that has NO TRACKING we are NOT responsible if your package does not arrive. If you pick a service that has TRACKING we will definitely replace your order if it gets lost.

Returns
Fool's Gold Return-Tops that state anodizing flaws or vibration are non refundable.
A-Grade Return-Tops are refundable within 3 weeks of receiving your package. However the cost for you to ship back will not be covered. If we do not have another one in stock we can issue a full refund once the product has been returned to us.

Clothing can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn. We will be happy to do an exchange for the same value if we have any in stock, however the cost for you to ship back will not be covered. If we do not have another one in stock we can issue a full refund once the product has been returned to us.
We do not do exchanges or refunds on bearings or axles, however if the product is received defective we will send you a new one.
